About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the hotel portfolio, building executive relationships with owners, general managers, and revenue teams
  • Own the portfolio end to end and be accountable for revenue, share, conversion, and retention
  • Lead complex negotiations covering rates, inventory, paid media, promotions, and commercial terms
  • Close annual agreements, tactical campaigns, and positioning on high-conversion pages
  • Provide market insights, benchmarks, and consultative positioning recommendations
  • Lead business reviews and optimization calls with measurable action plans and executive follow-up
  • Build data-driven analyses using Excel, Metabase, and Power BI
  • Turn data into weekly commercial decisions
  • Translate product, pricing, and distribution updates into tangible gains for hotels
  • Bring market signals to product, revenue, and operations teams, influencing the roadmap
  • Represent Decolar at trade shows, events, and field visits
  • Create local engagement projects and commercial activations
  • Act as the hub between the market and Decolar’s internal teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 6–10 years of experience managing a consultative B2B portfolio in travel tech, online hospitality, SaaS, digital media, or adjacent industries
  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders
  • Proven track record of meeting quarterly and annual targets, with measurable results in revenue, share, or retention
  • Fluency in CRM and disciplined book-of-business management
  • Strong data skills: advanced Excel, Power BI, and Metabase; SQL knowledge is a plus
  • Knowledge of online hotel distribution, including Channel Managers, APIs, pricing techniques, revenue management, and inventory management
  • Ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels, with a track record of execution in ambiguous environments
  • Autonomy and ownership in a dynamic environment; self-sufficient and solution-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Availability for frequent travel within the assigned region
  • Native Portuguese
  • English required
  • Spanish is a plus
  • Passion for travel and the online hospitality business
