About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build trusted executive relationships with hotels in the portfolio, including owners, general managers, and revenue teams.
  • Take end-to-end ownership of the portfolio’s commercial performance, including revenue, market share, conversion, and retention.
  • Lead complex negotiations involving rates, inventory, paid media, promotions, and commercial terms.
  • Close annual agreements, tactical campaigns, and positioning on high-converting pages.
  • Provide partners with market insights, benchmarks, and positioning recommendations.
  • Conduct performance and optimization reviews with measurable action plans and executive follow-up.
  • Build analyses in Excel, Metabase, and Power BI, turning data into weekly commercial decisions.
  • Translate product, pricing, and distribution updates into tangible gains for hotels.
  • Bring market signals to Product, Revenue, and Operations teams, influencing the roadmap.
  • Represent Decolar at trade shows, events, and field visits.
  • Develop local initiatives, activation formats, and engagement projects.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 6–10 years of experience in consultative B2B portfolio management within travel tech, online hospitality, SaaS, digital media, or adjacent sectors.
  • Proven experience building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving quarterly and annual targets, with measurable results in revenue, market share, or retention.
  • Fluency in CRM and disciplined book-of-business management.
  • Strong data skills: advanced Excel, Power BI, and Metabase; SQL knowledge is a plus.
  • Knowledge of online hotel distribution, including Channel Managers, APIs, pricing techniques, revenue management, and inventory management.
  • Ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels, with a track record of execution in ambiguous environments.
  • Autonomy and ownership in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Availability for frequent travel within the assigned region.
  • Native Portuguese; English required; Spanish is a plus.
  • Passion for travel and the online hospitality business.
