Key responsibilities & impact

Process approved purchase requisitions and MRP proposals into accurate purchase orders in MS Dynamics, following negotiated contracts and terms
Obtain timely purchase-order confirmations from suppliers and maintain accurate ERP data
Monitor open-order status and track deliveries against required dates
Proactively expedite orders when required
Serve as the first supplier contact for routine operational matters, including delivery schedules, quantities, and shipping documentation
Resolve basic operational issues such as invoice discrepancies, minor delivery delays, and documentation queries
Escalate complex or recurring issues to the Procurement Specialist

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in a related field
1-3 years of experience in a procurement or purchasing role, preferably in the aerospace or manufacturing industry
High proficiency and accuracy in using ERP systems; MS Dynamics essential
Detail-oriented executor who thrives on process, accuracy, and completing tasks correctly and on time
Ability to follow instructions from the Procurement Country Lead
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Good communication skills
Fluent English speaker
