About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Actively participate in all stages of the training program
Be available to attend the training program Monday through Friday, from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. or from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
Participate in the registration process, interviews with the People and leadership teams, group activities, and a factory tour
The course aims to provide training for members of the local community and does not guarantee a position at Dexco

High school diploma
Reside in Agudos, São Paulo
Technical training or vocational courses are considered an advantage
Comfortable using technology and computerized systems
Own a cell phone or computer with internet access
