About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Actively participate in all stages of the training program
Be available to attend the training program Monday through Friday, from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. or from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
Participate in the registration process, discussions with the People team and leadership, group activities, and a factory tour
The course is intended to provide training for members of the local community and does not guarantee a position at Dexco

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum age of 18
Completed high school education
Reside in Taquari, Rio Grande do Sul
Technical education or vocational training will be considered an advantage
Comfortable using technology and computerized systems
Have a mobile phone or computer with internet access
Be a woman
