About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as the functional subject matter expert for integrations and related business processes
  • Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents, service requests, and process issues
  • Work with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions
  • Support Enterprise Applications Financials modules, including AP, AR, GL, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, and Financial Reporting
  • Support end-to-end Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash business processes
  • Partner with internal teams and third-party suppliers on projects, enhancements, and system improvements
  • Participate in solution design workshops, functional analysis, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
  • Support SIT, UAT, defect triage, release activities, and hypercare
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and best-practice adoption
  • Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and advise on integrations and Finance systems and processes
  • Balance operational support, project delivery, concurrent projects, business-critical issues, and enhancement requests

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Finance, Business, Computer Science, or a related field and 5-8 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree and 2-5 years equivalent industry experience; or a PhD and 0-2 years experience
  • Extensive experience supporting and configuring enterprise applications and integrations across Supply Chain, Procurement, Order Management, Financials, Billing, and CRM ecosystems
  • Experience with Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash processes
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise integration technologies and architectures, including Oracle or SAP, REST, SOAP, JSON, FBDI, Kafka, Canonical Data Models, and event-driven integration patterns
  • Proven ability to balance production support, enhancements, and project delivery while managing multiple priorities
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication with business users, technical teams, vendors, implementation partners, and senior stakeholders
  • High degree of ownership, accountability, and self-direction
  • Understanding of ERP governance, change management, release processes, and operational best practices
  • Experience supporting global and highly regulated organizations; exposure to healthcare, medical device, pharmaceutical, or similar industries preferred
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in English
  • Travel up to 5%
