About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide support to English-speaking Dexcom users via phone, email, and web forms.
- Assist with inquiries related to Dexcom apps, software, and hardware.
- Offer clear troubleshooting and guidance.
- Act as the first point of contact for users and healthcare professionals.
- Ensure accurate documentation and high-quality service.
- Maintain and update user accounts.
- Process replacements and follow up as needed.
- Participate in product training and stay up to date with new releases.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, data privacy, and regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to a high-performing support team by meeting service level goals and promoting best practices.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Fluent in English at a minimum level of B2 - C1.
- Strong communication skills across all channels.
- Confidence using Windows and major web browsers.
- Experience supporting mobile apps (iOS & Android) and cloud-based systems.
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent customer service and phone skills.
- Active listening, clear communication, and empathy.
- Detail-oriented and quick to learn.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Typically requires a minimum of 2-4 years of related experience.
- High School diploma/certificate or equivalent.
- Must live within commuting distance of the assigned Dexcom site, typically within an hour’s commute.
