About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead strategic regional and global projects and initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success.
Participate in the project management community in the EMEA and APAC regions.
Collaborate with business and functional partners to define project and program requirements.
Develop and implement execution plans based on scope, timeline, and available resources.
Support execution teams in resolving roadblocks and managing interdependencies.
Communicate with stakeholders and provide regular progress updates.
Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations.
Track project outcomes and measure stakeholder satisfaction using established metrics and service levels.
Advance PMO maturity by strengthening project management standards and leveraging digital tools.
Promote best practices and mentor less experienced project managers.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree.
Minimum of 8–12 years of related experience.
Graduate degree may be desirable with 4 years of related experience.
Hold or be working toward PMP, PRINCE2, or related Project/Program Management certifications.
Effective stakeholder management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate insights clearly and make informed decisions using information and data.
Ability to anticipate obstacles and develop actionable plans.
Strong customer service orientation.
Proactive approach to change and process improvement.
Ability to lead change initiatives, balance competing priorities, and execute tasks precisely.
Must live within commuting distance of the assigned Dexcom site, typically 120 km.
