About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own sales performance of the territory and deliver agreed targets
  • Develop and execute territory and account plans based on customer needs, market dynamics, stakeholder insights and sales data
  • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals across primary and secondary care
  • Engage customers individually and in groups to identify needs and demonstrate approved Dexcom products and services
  • Provide product training, education and in-servicing to healthcare professionals and, where required, patients through virtual and in-person channels
  • Maintain knowledge of diabetes, Dexcom products and services, healthcare developments, regulations and competitor activity
  • Use the Dexcom sales process, approved selling tools and CRM consistently
  • Complete call reporting, expenses and other required administration accurately and on time
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Clinical, Training and other cross-functional colleagues
  • Uphold Health Care Business Integrity, regulatory, company, health and safety, and Safe Fleet policies

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven record of successful selling and target achievement within a healthcare environment, ideally across primary and/or secondary care
  • Strong networking, relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Strong commercial judgement and ability to analyse, organise and interpret data
  • Entrepreneurial, independent and creative mindset with practical execution discipline
  • Clear and confident communication in both Dutch and English, in writing and presentations
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative, cross-functional team
  • Affinity with diabetes care
  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 5–8 years of related experience
  • Home office must be within a commutable distance from key locations supported by the role
  • More than 75% travel required
