About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the end-to-end post-sales publisher journey from sales handoff through onboarding, launch, performance, retention, and expansion
  • Lead publisher onboarding and integrations by gathering technical inputs and coordinating Yield, Ad Ops, Solutions, Engineering, and Product teams
  • Monitor publisher performance across monetization metrics
  • Identify opportunities to improve revenue, efficiency, and supply quality
  • Drive post-sales growth across additional products, features, formats, and integrations
  • Own issue management and escalation, including response expectations, root causes, and remediation
  • Build and evolve Publisher Success playbooks, service levels, QBR structure, escalation paths, and partner health tracking
  • Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Rev Ops on invoicing, payments, contracts, and compliance
  • Advocate for publishers internally and synthesize feedback into prioritized product and process improvements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years in a post-sales, publisher-facing support role within ad tech
  • Hands-on experience supporting publisher monetization in a programmatic environment
  • Familiarity with SSPs, header bidding, GAM/Ad Manager, Prebid, and oRTB-based integrations
  • Proven ability to own publisher onboarding, integrations, and ongoing account performance
  • Technical fluency in programmatic advertising
  • Comfortable discussing auctions, bid requests, performance drivers, and troubleshooting
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret monetization metrics
  • Clear, confident communication with publishers and internal teams
  • High ownership and accountability for outcomes, issues, and partner success
  • Comfortable travelling for events and partner meetings when needed
  • Ability to coordinate across multiple internal teams and manage competing priorities
