Key responsibilities & impact

Build and maintain Dayforce reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics solutions
Develop SQL queries to analyze, validate, and troubleshoot HR and payroll data
Support employee data migration, reconciliation, and reporting readiness for Dayforce
Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT to deliver workforce insights
Support testing, go-live activities, and post-implementation stabilization
Develop Power BI dashboards and reporting standards for business decision-making
Support Dayforce implementation, stabilization, reporting, data transformation, validation, and reconciliation

Requirements

What you’ll need

Advanced Dayforce reporting experience, including custom report development
Advanced SQL skills and experience working with large datasets
Experience with HR, payroll, workforce management, or HCM data
Power BI and advanced Excel expertise
Experience supporting HR technology, payroll, or HCM implementations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong stakeholder communication skills
