About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the first point of contact for members who contact Dialogue by phone
  • Provide a seamless intake experience and quick access to care with the appropriate practitioner
  • Support new members as they create their account and begin receiving care
  • Understand members’ needs and direct them to Dialogue’s various services
  • Schedule appointments and support appointment coordination throughout the care journey
  • Support case management activities by phone and through the chat application
  • Collaborate directly with the EAP practitioner team
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the telephone service by providing feedback on the member experience and processes
  • Take responsibility for patient safety in interactions with members

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in customer or member service, in person or by phone, in a live environment
  • Available to work at least 21 to 32 hours per week, including evenings and weekends
  • Available for day and evening shifts from 6:00 a.m. to midnight, weekdays and weekends
  • A bachelor’s degree in a mental health or human relations-related field is an asset
  • Passion for member service and working with others
  • Passion for mental health and overall well-being
  • Strong empathy and the ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent computer and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working entirely digitally
