About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Install, debug, and provide technical maintenance for product and component hardware and software, mainly on customer premises
- Perform scheduled inspections, cleaning, minor product repairs, and preventive maintenance
- Inspect products for correct operation and resolve or escalate issues according to established procedures
- Troubleshoot hardware and software failures using diagnostic tools
- Perform component-level hardware repairs
- Clean and adjust mechanical components
- Configure and install applicable software
- Refill consumables as directed
- Install, move, add, change, and remove hardware and software products
- Instruct and train customers on usage and operation of installed hardware and software
- Schedule services, complete required paperwork, and work with customers to ensure satisfaction and understanding of product functionality
- Participate in hardware and software training, KPI initiatives, and special projects
Requirements
What you’ll need- Education or equivalent work experience required
- Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Field Services
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Driver's license and driving record that satisfies DN's fleet requirements
