About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Install, debug, and provide technical maintenance for product and component hardware and software, mainly on customer premises.
  • Perform scheduled inspections, cleaning, preventive maintenance, minor product repairs, and consumable refills within an assigned territory.
  • Inspect products for correct operation, troubleshoot hardware and software failures using diagnostic tools, and escalate issues according to established procedures.
  • Perform component-level hardware repairs and clean and adjust mechanical components.
  • Configure and install applicable software.
  • Perform IMAC/R activities: install, move, add, change, and remove hardware and software products.
  • Train customers on the usage and operation of installed hardware and software.
  • Schedule services, complete required paperwork, and support customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in hardware and software training, KPI initiatives, and special projects.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Education or equivalent work experience required.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Field Services.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Driver's license and driving record that satisfies DN's fleet requirements.
