About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Install, perform technical maintenance on, and troubleshoot product and component hardware and software, primarily at customer sites
- Conduct scheduled inspections, cleaning, minor repairs, and preventive maintenance
- Verify that products are functioning properly, resolve issues, and escalate incidents in accordance with procedures
- Schedule services and complete the required documentation
- Work with customers to ensure their satisfaction and understanding of product operation
- Use diagnostic tools to analyze hardware and software failures
- Perform component-level hardware repairs
- Clean and adjust mechanical components
- Configure and install applicable software
- Replenish consumables
- Perform hardware and software installations, moves, additions, changes, and removals (IMAC/R)
- Instruct and train customers on the use and operation of installed hardware and software
- Participate in implementing measures to achieve agreed-upon KPIs
- Assist with special projects as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma
- Active CFT registration
- Valid driver's license
- Own vehicle
- Technical education in electronics, electrical engineering, or a related field
- Availability to work in Novo Hamburgo and neighboring cities
