About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Installs, performs technical maintenance on, and troubleshoots product and component hardware and software, primarily at customer sites
  • Performs scheduled inspections, cleaning, minor repairs, and other services on products within an assigned area
  • Verifies that products are functioning properly, resolves issues, and/or escalates them according to established procedures
  • Schedules service calls, completes the required documentation, and works with customers to ensure satisfaction and understanding of product operation
  • Uses diagnostic tools to troubleshoot hardware and software failures
  • Performs component-level hardware repairs
  • Cleans and adjusts mechanical components
  • Configures and installs applicable software
  • Performs preventive maintenance and routine checks in accordance with documented procedures
  • Replenishes consumables as instructed
  • Installs, moves, adds, changes, and removes hardware and software products (IMAC/R)
  • Instructs and trains customers on the use and operation of installed hardware and software
  • Participates in regular hardware and software training
  • Participates in implementing measures to achieve agreed-upon KPIs
  • Assists with special projects as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma
  • Active CFT registration
  • Valid driver's license
  • Own vehicle
  • Technical education in electronics, electrical technology, or a related field
  • Availability to work in Cascavel and surrounding cities
