About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Installs, performs technical maintenance on, and troubleshoots hardware and software for products and components, primarily at customer sites.
- Performs scheduled inspections, cleaning, other services, and minor repairs on products within an assigned area.
- Verifies that products are functioning properly, resolves issues, and/or escalates them according to established procedures.
- Schedules service calls, completes the required documentation, and works with customers to ensure their satisfaction and understanding of product operation.
- Becomes familiar with Field Service Technician practices and procedures.
- Uses diagnostic tools to analyze hardware and software failures.
- Performs component-level hardware repairs.
- Cleans and adjusts mechanical components.
- Configures and installs applicable software.
- Performs preventive maintenance and routine checks in accordance with documented procedures.
- Replenishes consumables as instructed.
- Installs, moves, adds, modifies, and removes hardware and software products (IMAC/R).
- Instructs and trains customers on the use and operation of installed hardware and software.
- Participates in regular hardware and software training.
- Participates in implementing measures to achieve agreed-upon KPIs.
- Assists with special projects as assigned.
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma.
- Active CFT registration.
- Valid driver's license.
- Own vehicle.
- Technical education in electronics, electrical engineering technology, or a related field.
- Availability to work in Foz do Iguaçu and surrounding cities.
