About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Installs, debugs, and provides technical maintenance for product and component hardware and software, primarily at customer sites
- Performs scheduled inspections, cleaning, and other services, as well as minor repairs on products within a defined area of responsibility
- Inspects products to verify proper operation and resolves identified issues or escalates them to higher support levels
- Schedules services, completes required documentation, and interacts with customers to ensure their satisfaction and understanding of product operation
- Uses diagnostic tools to troubleshoot hardware and software failures
- Performs component-level hardware repairs and adjusts mechanical components
- Configures and installs applicable software
- Performs preventive maintenance and replenishes supplies according to instructions
- Installs, moves, adds, changes, and removes hardware and software products (IMAC/R)
- Instructs and trains customers on the use of installed hardware and software
- Participates in training, implements measures to achieve KPIs, and contributes to special projects
Requirements
What you’ll need- Active CFT registration
- Valid driver's license
- Technical education in electronics, electrical technology, or a related field
- Availability to work in Palmas, Tocantins, and surrounding cities (within a 500 km radius)
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday (6 days on, 1 day off), from 8:55 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
