About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Install, debug, and perform technical maintenance on hardware and software, primarily at customer sites
  • Perform scheduled inspections, cleaning, minor repairs, and preventive maintenance
  • Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot hardware and software failures
  • Perform component-level hardware repairs
  • Clean and adjust mechanical components
  • Configure and install applicable software
  • Replenish consumables according to instructions
  • Install, move, add, change, and remove hardware and software products (IMAC/R)
  • Instruct and train customers on the use and operation of installed products
  • Complete required documentation, schedule services, and interact with customers
  • Participate in implementing measures to achieve agreed-upon KPIs
  • Assist with special projects as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Completed technical education (required) in Electronics, Electrical Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum relevant experience as a field service technician
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Valid driver’s license and driving record that meet DN fleet requirements
  • Active CFT registration (required)
  • Reside in Divinópolis, Minas Gerais
