About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Install, debug, and provide technical maintenance for product and component hardware and software, mainly on customer premises
Perform scheduled inspections, cleaning, preventive maintenance, and minor product repairs within an assigned territory
Inspect products for correct operation and resolve issues or escalate according to established procedures
Schedule services, complete required paperwork, and work with customers to ensure service satisfaction and product understanding
Troubleshoot hardware and software failures using diagnostic tools
Perform component-level hardware repairs
Clean and adjust mechanical components
Configure and install applicable software
Refill consumables as directed
Install, move, add, change, and remove hardware and software products
Instruct and train customers on installed hardware and software usage
Participate in hardware and software training, KPI initiatives, and special projects

Requirements

What you’ll need

Education or equivalent work experience required
Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Field Services
Good written and verbal communication skills
Driver's license and driving record that satisfies DN's fleet requirements
