About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical and electrical equipment systems
- Assess equipment and recommend improvements to enhance availability, capacity, and performance
- Conduct equipment failure analyses, including preventive and unscheduled maintenance
- Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues
- Prepare technical reports on modifications and maintenance procedures
- Provide customer service and support during field visits or dispatches
- Link workflow to the schedule
- Manage on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and testing tasks
- Diagnose technical errors or problems and determine appropriate solutions
- Produce timely and detailed service reports
- Operate the vehicle safely and use field automation systems
- Follow company procedures and protocols
- Cooperate with the technical team and share information across the organization
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate recommendations and communications
- Build positive relationships with customers
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven field service experience
- Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair, and maintain technical equipment
- English literacy
- Native Portuguese
- Motorcycle and car driving licences
- Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to variable working hours
- Familiarity with mobile tools and applications
- Technical diploma or certification
