About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Embed with business functions including Sales, Support, Finance, Legal, HR, Procurement, and Marketing
Map workflows and identify where AI can remove friction or create capacity
Own AI solutions end to end from discovery through production monitoring
Build automated workflows, agents, and AI-native tools using Salesforce, Agentforce, Microsoft 365, Copilot, Slack, AWS, frontier model APIs, and integration tooling
Design agent workflows with retrieval, tool use, evaluation, and human-in-the-loop review
Partner with IT, Security, and Engineering to design shared production-agent infrastructure
Lead technical vendor evaluations and proofs of concept
Create reusable architecture patterns for future pods
Design enablement services including templates, guided workflows, office hours, and guided intake
Coach power users so workflows can be maintained and extended by the business
Review AI use cases for data exposure, security posture, and feasibility
Recommend vendor, configured, or custom build paths
Ensure AI deployments meet security, compliance, auditability, and applicable FedRAMP-adjacent requirements
Instrument solutions with baselines, metrics, and executive-readable dashboards
Feed results into the company AI measurement program with the CFO
Deliver three to four production launches per year
In the first 90 days, learn the stack and governance process, ship a first production workflow or agent, launch an enablement service, and present measured results to the sponsoring executive

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years building and shipping technical solutions in a business context: solutions engineering, business systems, integration, automation, or forward-deployed work
2+ years hands-on with LLM-based systems in production or near-production: agent frameworks, retrieval, tool calling, prompt and evaluation design
Working proficiency in Python or JavaScript
Comfort with APIs, webhooks, data pipelines, and authentication (OAuth, SSO, role-based access)
Experience with enterprise platforms: Salesforce, Microsoft 365, NetSuite, Jira, and modern data warehouses
Track record of working directly with non-technical teams and translating messy processes into working systems
Judgment in security- and compliance-sensitive environments
Clear written and spoken communication; ability to write a one-page architecture memo for executives
Prior forward-deployed, solutions architect, or embedded consulting experience (nice to have)
Hands-on experience with Agentforce, Copilot Studio, AWS Bedrock, Anthropic or OpenAI APIs, or MCP-based tool integration (nice to have)
Experience with Power Automate, Workato, n8n, or UiPath (nice to have)
Exposure to SOX, FedRAMP, or similar control environments (nice to have)
Experience in a security or PKI company, or another business where trust is the product (nice to have)
