About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Create simple, intuitive digital experiences centered on our customers’ needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define solutions that balance user experience, business objectives, and technical feasibility
- Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and interfaces focused on usability and efficiency
- Partner with Engineering during implementation, ensuring the quality and consistency of solutions
- Track experience indicators and metrics to evaluate results and guide continuous improvements
- Clearly document decisions and solutions, facilitating knowledge sharing across teams
- Contribute to the evolution and adoption of the Design System, strengthening the consistency of Digio’s digital products

- Experience across all stages of the design process, from discovery through delivery
- Genuine interest in understanding behavior, solving problems, and generating impact through design
- Data-driven mindset, continuous learning, and a commitment to ongoing improvement
- Technical proficiency with design tools, including Figma, Maze, Jira, and Design Systems
- Experience designing flows and screens for chatbots, web, and mobile apps
