About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure the execution of contract and proposal margin releases, ensuring quality, productivity, SLA compliance, and regulatory compliance;
- Ensure the submission, monitoring, and control of the inputs required to process and release margins with providers/processing partners;
- Monitor and control the backlog of critical pending items, ensuring timely resolution and mitigating operational and financial risks;
- Monitor services performed by the BPO provider (EPS), performance indicators, process adherence, service levels, and delivery quality;
- Implement corrective actions when necessary;
- Analyze operational processes to identify inconsistencies, root causes, and improvement opportunities;
- Propose corrective and preventive actions to reduce complaints and incidents involving regulatory authorities;
- Monitor operational indicators, preparing management reports and analyses to support leadership decision-making;
- Handle tickets and requests from Operational Support by conducting analyses, defining action plans, and monitoring their execution;
- Collaborate with providers, margin processing partners, and internal teams such as Technology, Product, Finance, Legal, and Operations;
- Prepare evidence, reports, controls, and action plans for audits and requests from regulatory authorities;
- Identify and implement opportunities for automation, simplification, and continuous improvement;
- Serve as a technical reference for more complex cases and support the training of junior analysts;
- Ensure adherence to internal policies, regulatory requirements, compliance requirements, and risk controls;
- Support the reconciliation of public-sector agreements and the accurate allocation and assignment of financial resources.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or related fields;
- Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, charts, Power Query, Macros, and VBA;
- Experience with public-sector payroll-deducted lending products and margin reservation and release processors;
- Experience monitoring providers and managing operational and performance indicators (SLAs);
- Analytical ability to identify inconsistencies, operational risks, and improvement opportunities;
- Strong organization, planning, and control of critical operational activities;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with different hierarchical levels and business areas;
- Proactive approach to identifying deviations, proposing solutions, and monitoring action plans;
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and external providers;
- Strong prioritization skills, ability to manage simultaneous demands, and results-oriented mindset;
- Ability to work independently when handling complex operational analyses and cases;
- Live in Barueri or nearby areas and be available to work from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.;
- Knowledge of the Função system;
- Experience with Databricks, SQL, or data analysis tools is a plus;
- Knowledge of the legislation and regulations governing operational processes related to public-sector payroll-deducted lending;
- Experience supporting audits, regulatory authorities, and compliance controls;
- Experience with continuous improvement, automation, and process optimization projects.
