About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Collaborate with the Development team to ensure consistent project execution
Create test plans and test current products, identifying deficiencies
Execute tests and analyze test results
Suggest and implement improvements to the testing process
Use AI tools to accelerate test planning, test case and test data creation, and script writing while validating output accuracy
Provide assistance to the customer support team

Requirements

What you’ll need

1+ years of experience testing or writing software
Preferably a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or related field with some basic computer programming and/or networking curriculum/background
Comfortable using AI tools in daily work, with judgment to review and verify output
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Very detail oriented
Self-directed individual with strong desire to learn
Able to work within a team environment and assist other QA team members
Able to author test plans and test scripts/tools as needed
Able to adjust to changing priorities and work on multiple projects simultaneously
Knowledge of testing methods and procedures
Experience with Linux, Windows, and/or Mac operating systems
Experience with one or more of SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL
Experience with one or more of Java, .NET
Experience with AWS services and JIRA is a plus
Familiarity with networking concepts is a plus
Familiarity with IPv4 and IPv6 addressing is a plus
Applicants must reside in Georgia
Must be authorized to work in the United States
