About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the primary liaison and trusted advisor between assigned business units and the Chief Data Office
Build relationships with senior leaders to understand business priorities, strategic objectives, and operational challenges
Lead discovery workshops and stakeholder discussions to identify Data, AI, Analytics, Automation, and Master Data Management opportunities
Develop conceptual solution designs, future-state workflows, wireframes, and business-focused recommendations
Create and present business cases covering expected benefits, investments, resources, and success metrics
Partner with business sponsors to evaluate, prioritize, and fund initiatives
Collaborate with Chief Data Office teams on data requirements, governance, integration dependencies, and solution architectures
Ensure solutions align with enterprise data strategy, governance standards, and scalable design principles
Partner with Project Delivery Managers to define execution plans, milestones, timelines, and delivery commitments
Monitor program risks, dependencies, stakeholder expectations, and initiative health
Lead executive communications, facilitate decision-making, and drive cross-functional alignment
Validate business outcomes and adoption objectives after solution deployment
Work with Technology & Innovation teams to develop insights-based, data-driven technical solutions for Digital Realty's global data center platform

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field
10+ years of experience in business engagement, solution consulting, enterprise transformation, data strategy, analytics, AI, or related disciplines
Proven success partnering with senior executives and influencing strategic decisions within complex enterprise environments
Strong solution engineering and consulting mindset with experience translating business challenges into practical technology solutions
Experience developing conceptual designs, wireframes, prototypes, process improvements, or solution recommendations
Working knowledge of enterprise data platforms, data governance, analytics, AI, Master Data Management (MDM), and systems integration
Experience building business cases, securing executive sponsorship, and prioritizing investment initiatives
Exceptional communication, executive presentation, facilitation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to navigate ambiguity, challenge assumptions, influence without authority, and drive measurable outcomes
Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities
