About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support clients in developing and executing AI-driven solutions across public, private, and hybrid cloud environments
Educate customers about Digital Realty’s value proposition
Participate in sophisticated architectural discussions
Ensure solutions are designed for optimal deployment, performance, and total cost of ownership
Conceptualize and communicate complex AI solutions to technical and non-technical audiences
Translate customer business needs into specific AI technical requirements
Conduct assessments to identify AI architecture enhancements and service delivery improvements
Facilitate client workshops to understand current architecture and identify gaps for AI solutions
Develop cost models highlighting ROI and total cost of ownership
Serve as technical advisor and mentor to Digital Realty’s sales team
Share insights on AI technologies and digital transformation strategies
Foster understanding of AI trends and implications for customer success
Collaborate with customers to develop insights-based, data-driven technical solutions and value propositions on PlatformDIGITAL®

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of technical experience focused on cloud computing and AI applications
Experience ideally within hosting/cloud companies or IT consulting
Demonstrated success in solution selling and technical support in high-tech environments, focused on AI and data-centric solutions
Exceptional communication skills
Proven track record in proposal development, customer presentations, and technical writing
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field
Experience with AI model development and deployment lifecycle management preferred
Familiarity with leading AI platforms and services such as Google AI, AWS SageMaker, or Microsoft Azure AI preferred
Client-facing operations or technical sales experience, particularly in high-tech industries, preferred
Deep understanding of AI technologies, frameworks, and models
Expertise deploying AI solutions on public, private, and hybrid cloud platforms
Experience with cloud orchestration and automation tools, including Kubernetes, TensorFlow, and PyTorch
Understanding of data management techniques and AI ethics
Strong background designing scalable architectures for data-driven applications, including data lakes, data warehouses, and real-time analytics
Familiarity with DevOps practices in AI deployment, including CI/CD pipelines and model versioning
Ability to translate customer business needs into AI technical requirements
Ability to conduct architecture assessments and identify service delivery improvements
Ability to develop cost models addressing ROI and total cost of ownership
