About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the strategy and day-to-day operation of recruiting systems, including ATS and scheduling/coordination tooling
  • Build and document repeatable, scalable recruiting processes
  • Maintain data hygiene, requisition data, candidate and pipeline records, and trusted recruiting dashboards
  • Identify recruiting friction and manual work and build workflows, automation, or process redesign solutions
  • Evaluate and implement recruiting technology and AI-enabled tools and manage vendor relationships focused on ROI
  • Partner with People Operations, Legal, and Finance on offer letters, background checks, and headcount approvals
  • Define recruiting operations success metrics and drive continuous improvement across candidate and interviewer experiences
  • Build auditable processes that anticipate public-company compliance needs

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of experience in recruiting operations, including recruiting coordination, systems administration, and process design
  • 2+ years of experience managing people or leading cross-functional workstreams
  • Experience building and documenting repeatable processes supporting data hygiene across recruiting systems
  • Strong command of ATS platforms such as Greenhouse, Ashby, and Workday, and recruiting/scheduling tools
  • Experience building KPIs and dashboards and translating insights into action
  • Experience with AI tools and automation, such as Zapier, scripts, and AI-powered workflows
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to drive adoption across teams without formal authority
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Nice to have: experience in a high-growth, publicly traded tech company and SOX-related process considerations
  • Nice to have: familiarity with employer branding, referral programs, or other recruiting programs
  • Nice to have: experience partnering with People Operations on offer management and background checks
