About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own the strategy and day-to-day operation of recruiting systems, including ATS and scheduling/coordination tooling
Build and document repeatable, scalable recruiting processes
Maintain data hygiene, requisition data, candidate and pipeline records, and trusted dashboards
Identify recruiting friction and manual work, then build workflows, automations, or process redesigns
Evaluate and implement recruiting technology and AI-enabled tools
Manage vendor relationships with a focus on ROI
Partner with People Operations, Legal, and Finance on offer letters, background checks, and headcount approvals
Define recruiting operations success metrics and drive continuous improvement
Build auditable processes that anticipate public-company compliance needs

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in recruiting operations, including recruiting coordination, systems administration, and process design
2+ years of experience managing people or leading cross-functional workstreams
Experience building and documenting repeatable processes supporting data hygiene across recruiting systems
Strong command of ATS platforms such as Greenhouse, Ashby, or Workday and recruiting/scheduling tools
Data-driven program management experience, including KPIs and dashboards
Experience with AI tools and automation such as Zapier, scripts, or AI-powered workflows
Excellent communication skills and ability to drive adoption across teams without formal authority
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Experience in a high-growth, publicly traded tech company, particularly with SOX-related process considerations (nice to have)
Familiarity with employer branding, referral programs, or other recruiting programs (nice to have)
Experience partnering with People Operations on offer management and background checks (nice to have)
