About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the strategy and day-to-day operation of recruiting systems, including ATS and scheduling/coordination tooling
  • Build and document repeatable, scalable recruiting processes
  • Own data hygiene and reporting across recruiting systems, including requisition data, candidate and pipeline records, and dashboards
  • Partner with recruiters to identify friction and manual work and build workflows, automations, or process redesigns leveraging AI and tools
  • Evaluate and implement recruiting technology and AI-enabled tools and manage vendor relationships with a focus on ROI
  • Partner with People Operations, Legal, and Finance on offer letter management, background checks, and headcount approvals
  • Define success metrics for recruiting operations and use data to improve candidate and interviewer experiences
  • Build and maintain auditable processes anticipating public-company compliance needs

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of experience in recruiting operations, including recruiting coordination, systems administration, and process design
  • 2+ years of experience managing people or leading cross-functional workstreams
  • Experience building and documenting repeatable processes supporting data hygiene across recruiting systems
  • Strong command of ATS platforms such as Greenhouse, Ashby, and Workday, plus recruiting/scheduling tools
  • Data-driven program management experience, including building KPIs and dashboards and translating insights into action
  • Comfort experimenting with AI tools and automation such as Zapier, scripts, and AI-powered workflows
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to earn buy-in and drive adoption across teams without formal authority
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience in a high-growth, publicly traded tech company, particularly with SOX-related process considerations (nice to have)
  • Familiarity with employer branding, referral programs, or other recruiting programs (nice to have)
  • Experience partnering directly with People Operations on offer management and background checks (nice to have)
