About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver GTM stack project work, including tool implementations, integration builds, routing/handoff/lifecycle automation, and cross-tool enhancements
Own projects from design through testing, rollout, and enablement
Handle tier 2 escalations involving flow errors, integration failures, data model questions, and cross-system issues
Trace escalations to root cause and ship durable fixes
Build and maintain integrations and data flows using iPaaS tooling and APIs
Keep account ownership, territories, routing, and product catalog data consistent across Snowflake, Salesforce, and downstream tools
Build AI-powered workflows using AI agents, LLM-based automation, and MCP integrations
Perform Salesforce work including complex flows, data model changes, permission architecture updates, sandbox management, and release management
Contribute to solution design, requirements, architecture, tradeoff analysis, and impact assessment
Coordinate with vendors on implementations, support cases, and proofs of concept
Evaluate new tools hands-on
Document builds, establish reusable patterns, and mentor the IC2 engineer
Partner with the Technical Program Manager and senior engineers on scoped initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years administering and building on GTM/business systems
Real depth in Salesforce, including flows, data model, permissions, and deployments
Hands-on experience in at least two other GTM tool categories: sales engagement, CS platforms, CPQ, enrichment, or marketing automation
Record of owning projects end to end, including implementations, integrations, or process automations
Experience building and debugging integrations via iPaaS tools and/or APIs
Understanding of authentication, rate limits, sync direction, and failure modes
Hands-on experience or strong demonstrated interest applying AI to systems work, including agents, LLM-powered automation, or MCP-style integrations
Comfortable with SQL and warehouse concepts
Ability to trace data quality issues from source to destination
Root-cause troubleshooting discipline
Ability to turn vague requests into scoped work and communicate progress and tradeoffs clearly
Familiarity with Apex, Python, or JavaScript sufficient to read, understand, and review code
Salesforce certifications such as Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder are a plus
