About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver GTM-stack project work, including tool implementations, integration builds, process automation, and cross-tool enhancements
Own projects from design through testing, rollout, and enablement
Handle tier 2 escalations involving flow errors, integration failures, data model questions, and cross-system issues
Trace issues to root cause and ship durable fixes
Build and maintain iPaaS and API integrations and data flows across Snowflake, Salesforce, and downstream tools
Build AI-powered workflows, including AI agents, LLM-based automation, and MCP integrations
Perform Salesforce work involving complex flows, data model changes, permissions, sandbox, and release management
Contribute to solution design, requirements, architecture, tradeoff analysis, and downstream-impact assessment
Coordinate with vendors on implementations, support cases, proofs of concept, and tool evaluations
Document builds, establish reusable patterns, and mentor the IC2 engineer
Work with the Technical Program Manager and senior engineers on scoped initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years administering and building on GTM/business systems
Real depth in Salesforce, including flows, data model, permissions, and deployments
Hands-on experience in at least two other GTM tool categories: sales engagement, CS platforms, CPQ, enrichment, or marketing automation
End-to-end project delivery experience with implementations, integrations, or process automations
Experience building and debugging integrations via iPaaS tools and/or APIs
Understanding of authentication, rate limits, sync direction, and failure modes
Hands-on experience or strong demonstrated interest applying AI to systems work, including agents, LLM-powered automation, or MCP-style integrations
Comfortable with SQL and warehouse concepts
Strong root-cause analysis and documentation discipline
Ability to scope vague requests, communicate progress and tradeoffs clearly, and push back constructively
Familiarity with Apex, Python, or JavaScript sufficient to read, understand, and review code
Salesforce certifications such as Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder are a plus
