About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design, develop, and maintain enterprise web applications using React, TypeScript, .NET Core APIs, and Oracle Database
  • Build and maintain user interfaces using React and TypeScript
  • Work closely with business users and functional teams to understand requirements
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Review code and ensure adherence to project standards and best practices
  • Support deployment, testing, and release activities
  • Participate in architecture discussions and technical design reviews
  • Perform other related duties assigned by the immediate superior

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1+ year of experience with .Net Core / ASP .Net Core Web API Development and ReactJS
  • Basic experience in SQL, particularly Oracle Database
  • Knowledge of stored procedures, packages, performance tuning, and query optimization
  • Work in a hybrid setup: 3 days onsite in Makati and 2 days WFH — necessary condition
  • Exposure to Git and source control practices
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum development environments
  • Ability to understand software design principles and application architecture
  • Exposure to DevExtreme UI components, Dapper, and Oracle Managed Data
  • Exposure to insurance, finance, or ERP domains and large-scale enterprise applications
  • Above-average communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good oral and written communication skills
