About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build and maintain the broker core platform across the full stack
  • Form part of the permanent core that supports and extends the platform after go-live
  • Create models and query data in MongoDB and PostgreSQL
  • Write test, secure, and review code to the team’s standard
  • Support integration and migration workstreams as needed
  • Handle production fixes and enhancements after go-live
  • Participate in cutover planning and go-live activities
  • Ensure a smooth transition from implementation into production support and operational ownership
  • Collaborate with the requirements team and business stakeholders to understand scope, priorities, and functional expectations
  • Perform other related duties assigned by the immediate superior

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1+ year of experience with React + Node JS with both MongoDB and PostgreSQL
  • Has basic experience in testing, git workflow and secure-coding habits
  • Familiarity with AWS to ensure being able to work across the stack independently
  • Work in a hybrid set up (3 days onsite in Makati and 2 days WFH) - Necessary condition
  • Above-average communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration across departments
  • Good oral and written communication skills, ensuring clarity in documentation and stakeholder interactions
