About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage programmatic clients day to day
- Build, optimize, and report on campaigns across programmatic channels including Display, Native, Video, and Audio
- Collaborate with internal teams to create media strategies aligned with client objectives
- Leverage first-party and third-party data for audience targeting and segmentation
- Develop and implement campaigns across DSPs such as DV360 and The Trade Desk
- Monitor and optimize campaigns to achieve performance and pacing goals
- Generate and analyze performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations
- Troubleshoot campaign performance and delivery issues
- Coordinate with creative, analytics, and account teams for cohesive campaign execution
- Serve as primary client contact and provide campaign performance updates and strategy adjustments
- Present campaign plans, performance reports, and strategic recommendations to clients
- Support NSM attainment and CSAT goals
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of proven experience in programmatic roles at publishers, advertising agencies, or ad tech companies
- Bonus B2B experience
- Hands-on expertise in media buying, including building and optimizing campaigns in DSPs
- Preference for experience with The Trade Desk (TTD) and DV360
- Proven track record in programmatic media planning and buying
- Experience building measurement frameworks to evaluate campaign success
- Strong understanding of how programmatic and other paid and organic channels work together to surpass client KPIs
- Experience driving programmatic growth across B2B/SaaS clients with budgets over $50k/month
- Strong cross-collaboration skills and excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Solid analytical ability and exceptional attention to detail
- Results-oriented mindset and ability to balance multiple projects effectively
- Ability to operate a laptop, computer software platforms, and office productivity tools

- Must reside in the United States
