Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Extensive expertise and demonstrated experience in cybersecurity, IT operations, and strategic planning
  • Proven track record leading large-scale operational functions within a complex organization
  • Experience managing complex organizational structures, multiple teams, and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Demonstrated success managing external partner and vendor relationships
  • Strong executive leadership capabilities
  • Ability to influence and align stakeholders across all levels
  • Ability to operate as a strategic business partner to senior executives
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Ability to translate data and risk assessments into actionable strategy
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Ability to present complex security and operational topics to non-technical executive audiences
  • Ability to develop and authorize corporate/organizational policy with enterprise-wide impact
  • Comfortable directing multiple functional areas through layered team structures
  • May require a background check due to routine access to DIRECTV and DIRECTV customer proprietary data
  • Must be located in the United States, excluding Alaska
  • Requires 10% travel
