About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns across paid search, paid social, display, email, affiliate, and other digital channels
  • Develop digital strategies guiding B2B prospects from awareness through consideration, conversion, and retention
  • Partner with creative, media, sales, product, programming, and agency teams to develop campaigns and ensure consistent messaging
  • Create and optimize digital content and messaging communicating DIRECTV FOR BUSINESS’s value proposition for commercial customers
  • Develop A/B and multivariate testing roadmaps to optimize messaging, offers, and channel mix
  • Manage cross-functional relationships across Product, Sales, Care, Analytics, Creative, Legal, and Finance
  • Own project timelines, manage dependencies, and resolve roadblocks
  • Communicate campaign status, results, and risks to leadership and incorporate feedback
  • Lead small projects independently and drive substantial portions of larger organizational initiatives
  • Analyze campaign performance and attribution using data and analytics to monitor KPIs, identify opportunities, improve conversion rates, and maximize ROI
  • Use Google Analytics, UTM tracking, conversion tracking, pixels, dashboards, marketing automation, and analytics platforms
  • Apply testing best practices to validate hypotheses and scale successful approaches
  • Serve as a product marketing subject matter expert
  • Establish and document best practices for the broader marketing organization
  • Guide, coach, and mentor less experienced team members

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3–5 years of digital marketing experience required
  • 5+ years of digital marketing experience desired
  • Experience preferably in telecommunications, media, sports, entertainment, B2B, or similar high-volume consumer business environments
  • Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects with minimal oversight
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to leadership
  • Experience with customer segmentation, targeting, and A/B/multivariate testing methodologies
  • Preferred experience in telecom, subscription services, or related consumer-facing industries
  • Familiarity with churn reduction, retention, and ARPU-growth strategies
  • Experience mentoring or informally leading junior team members
  • Project management certification or equivalent experience, such as Agile/Scrum familiarity
  • Strategic thinking with a bias toward execution
  • Strong stakeholder management and influence without direct authority
  • Analytical rigor paired with creative problem-solving
  • Comfort operating independently in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
  • May require a background check due to routine access to proprietary customer data
  • Qualified applicants with arrest and conviction will be considered in accordance with local ordinances and state law
  • Must be located in the United States, except Alaska
