About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop market research and insights plans for bitopertin and pipeline assets, including market research studies, data acquisitions, and advanced analytics projects
- Provide periodic comprehensive updates to Commercial and Medical teams on completed research and analytics projects
- Analyze and synthesize primary research, secondary data, competitive intelligence, global assumptions, market access inputs, Medical perspective, and commercial feedback into planning implications and recommended actions
- Track external and internal signals affecting commercialization assumptions, including clinical readouts, regulatory milestones, competitive events, access dynamics, customer feedback, and market structure changes
- Partner with Marketing, Market Access, and Medical Affairs teams on research and insights needs, timelines, and budgets
- Manage data acquisition needs, including claims, lab data, and EMR
- Integrate findings into forecasts, marketing plans, and other key deliverables
- Lead research study execution, including contracting, design, results analysis, and presentation delivery
- Partner with Marketing to develop marketing effectiveness measures
- Ensure vendor data deliveries contain information required for key performance indicators
- Lead implementation and track performance with IT and commercial data vendors
- Report to the Vice President of Commercial Operations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 8-10 years of biopharma commercial operations experience
- Excellent project management ability
- Superior Excel modeling ability
- High level of ability in PowerPoint
- Ability to communicate data via clear visuals
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail, diligence and reliability
- High empathy and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a diverse team
- Ability to work quickly and flexibly with resource constraints
- High integrity and commitment to full legal/regulatory compliance
