About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the revenue number, including sales targets, pipeline creation, forecasting, and consistent attainment
- Lead, coach, and manage the global sales team, ensuring clear expectations, support, and accountability
- Lead, coach, and evolve the RevOps function, including reporting, forecasting, CRM data, and revenue-performance visibility
- Build and maintain a practical GTM strategy across Enterprise, SMB, partnerships, and expansion opportunities
- Personally manage strategic opportunities and lead or close enterprise and high-priority deals
- Improve the sales process to make it clear, consistent, measurable, and repeatable
- Drive pipeline discipline, forecasting accuracy, deal inspection, and sales performance reviews
- Improve conversion, velocity, win rates, and revenue outcomes
- Partner with Marketing on lead generation, messaging, campaign follow-up, outbound motions, and sales enablement
- Work with Customer Success and Product on customer needs, market feedback, churn risks, expansion opportunities, and product positioning
- Support key opportunities and lead enterprise or strategic deals requiring senior input
- Use AI and automation to improve Sales and RevOps efficiency and effectiveness
- Review and improve sales tooling, CRM hygiene, dashboards, reporting, and operating rhythms
- Build sales playbooks, materials, training, and coaching rhythms
- Help shape sales-team structure, hiring plans, compensation design, territory planning, and market expansion decisions
- Provide data-informed updates to the executive team on performance, risks, opportunities, and priorities
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years in senior sales leadership roles, driving and being responsible for product sales and revenue growth
- 3+ years leading a RevOps function
- 5+ years in the music industry, preferably B2B
- Deep understanding of the business side of the music industry, including sync and marketing, with contacts and experience to open doors
- Proven track record of leading B2B SaaS sales teams, ideally in music tech or adjacent creative industries
- Experience evolving and transforming sales teams, not just inheriting and maintaining them
- Experience building and evolving effective RevOps teams and systems
- Autonomous and energetic approach to problem solving
- Collaborative, low-ego leadership style suitable for a tight-knit executive team
- Experience managing distributed/remote teams across multiple geographies
