About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Consult with clients to determine functional and spatial requirements for new structures or renovations
  • Prepare information regarding design and specifications of materials, colors, systems, possible costs, and project schedules
  • Plan project layouts and integrate engineering elements into a unified design for client review and approval
  • Prepare scale drawings and contract documents for building contractors

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master’s degree in Architecture and 5-7 years of related experience highly preferred
  • Licensure or ability to obtain within 1 year of hire
  • Experience with educational building background highly preferred
  • Proficiency in Revit
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Strong technical expertise related to design and construction
  • Understanding of Indiana code requirements
