Key responsibilities & impact

Lead end-to-end project delivery activities for mid-to-large scale initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and operational timelines
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource forecasts
Facilitate project and Steering Committee meetings, communicate progress, and escalate issues when necessary
Identify and coordinate dependencies, risks, and issues through proactive mitigation
Partner with business and IT teams to translate logistics and operational requirements into actionable deliverables
Coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution
Develop processes where applicable and maintain project documentation, RAID logs, SharePoint document repositories, meeting agendas and minutes, and status reports
Contribute to Project Management Office process improvements, standards, and templates
Build project dashboards in Smartsheet that roll up to portfolio management

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of demonstrable Project Management experience
Bachelor’s degree in project management, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field
Previous hands-on experience coordinating, managing, and supporting project delivery, preferably in service supply chain logistics or related industries
Experience coordinating cross-functional or enterprise-level projects, supporting execution across multiple teams
Strong knowledge of Agile, SAFe, and traditional (Waterfall) methodologies, with the ability to support hybrid project environments when appropriate
PMP, CSM, or SAFe certification preferred
Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder coordination skills
Demonstrated commitment to supporting project execution, team collaboration, and delivery excellence
High proficiency in project management tools, including Smartsheet, Jira, Power BI, and MS Project
Must have the current and continuing right to work in the United States without restrictions or expirations
