About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the end-to-end business processes defined by the Business Process Catalog (BPC)
- Define detailed business processes across Levels 4–6, including process flows to the L5 level
- Work with dealers to generate and document requirements
- Partner with product teams to determine fit/gap against Dynamics 365 capabilities
- Validate gap solutions with dealers
- Lead dealer discovery workshops and deliver solution demos
- Secure dealer sign-off on Functional Design Documents (FDDs)
- Source insights from the Dealer Advisory Board (DAB)
- Maintain the Mavim repository, process flows, documentation, and operational playbooks
- Coach dealers on Dynamics 365 and the dealer ERP platform suite
- Conduct business process modeling, analysis, and continuous improvement
- Serve as the primary interface between dealers and the product organization
- Participate in on-site workshops and process validation sessions as needed
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree, or certification in Finance or Accounting
- 2–4 years of relevant experience
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar ERP platforms
- Experience working with global stakeholders and customers
- Proficiency with business process modeling tools (e.g., Mavim)
- Workshop facilitation and stakeholder alignment
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to translate business needs into system requirements
- Analytical and structured thinking
- Ability to work during U.S. business hours
- Ability to participate in on-site workshops and process validation sessions as needed
