About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define, prioritize, and deliver capabilities and business features supporting the Dealer Websites program
Partner with dealers, business stakeholders, UX, engineering, and product management to translate business needs into actionable requirements
Manage the product backlog
Ensure solutions deliver value to dealers and customers
Drive delivery of dealer website templates supporting dealer-specific content
Define and deliver content syndication from the next-generation corporate website to dealer sites
Own requirements for dealer authoring capabilities
Lead requirements for system integrations, including leads, service requests, and an AI-powered assistant
Accelerate delivery and dealer adoption while ensuring a scalable, consistent experience across the dealer network
Reduce delivery risk and support a successful program rollout
Participate in workshops, meetings, and working sessions in the hybrid schedule

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's or Master's degree with a minimum of 5–7 years of experience in this capacity OR 7+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role within a digital product or software development environment with no degree
Strong understanding of Agile product development practices
Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and business requirements
Experience supporting software testing, validation, and release activities
Proven ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
