Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and execute the global business systems strategy and roadmap for the company’s core applications globally
Lead a team of business systems analysts, architects, administrators, and technical leads
Partner with executive and business leaders to identify technology opportunities and process improvements
Oversee the implementation, enhancement, integration, and support of enterprise applications
Manage global business systems projects, priorities, budgets, and resources
Establish governance, standards, and best practices for enterprise systems
Drive adoption of automation, analytics, AI, and digital transformation initiatives
Ensure system reliability, scalability, security, and compliance
Manage relationships with software vendors, implementation partners, and service providers
Develop KPIs and performance metrics to measure business value and operational effectiveness
Lead change management, communication, and user adoption efforts for strategic initiatives
Establish priorities and roadmaps for enterprise business systems
Approve business system enhancements, integrations, and technology solutions
Make resource allocation and staffing decisions within approved budgets
Determine governance standards, support models, and operational processes
Recommend enterprise application investments and modernization strategies
Influence business process transformation and digital innovation initiatives
Escalate significant financial, security, compliance, or enterprise architecture risks as appropriate
Serve as the primary leader and decision-maker for the organization’s global business systems portfolio

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
8+ years of progressive experience supporting enterprise business applications
5+ years of leadership experience managing teams, programs, or business technology functions
Experience leading global or multi-regional business systems environments
Strong understanding of ERP, CRM, and HRIS enterprise platforms
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree or Master’s Degree in MBA, Information Systems, Technology Management, or related field
Preferred: Microsoft Dynamics 365, PMP, ITIL, Agile, Scrum, or Change Management certification
Preferred: Experience leading digital transformation and enterprise modernization initiatives
