About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as a technical reference for Control Tower operations, contributing critical analysis and solutions for highly complex logistics processes
  • Execute and monitor all stages of the international logistics flow end to end, with a particular focus on air freight shipments and AOG requirements
  • Conduct continuous follow-up with suppliers, agents, carriers, and other partners to ensure compliance with deadlines and operational requirements
  • Identify operational risks and proactively mitigate failures by proposing process improvements
  • Ensure the accuracy and timely updating of information in systems and BI tools, contributing suggestions for improvements and automation
  • Participate in meetings with internal departments and partner teams to align processes, provide status updates, and resolve operational issues
  • Support the team in reviewing and validating documents such as invoices, packing lists, HAWB/HBLs, checklists, and compliance reports
  • Ensure shipments remain compliant with customer requirements, including technical specifications, deadlines, documentation, and performance monitoring
  • Report operational deviations, system-related issues, and improvement opportunities to the Team Leader

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor's degree
  • Intermediate to advanced English proficiency – will be tested
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills – will be tested
  • Experience with foreign trade and logistics operations, in air or ocean freight, and international shipment coordination is a plus
  • Experience with shipment tracking and expediting
  • Experience coordinating processes with customs clearance service providers is a plus
