About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate air import shipments
- Provide customers with all relevant updates by email and through the system, keeping them informed of the process status
- Ensure process completion based on information available in Brazilian Federal Revenue Service systems
- Release the process to the Finance team in the system so billing can proceed
- Review the origin agent’s invoice based on negotiated terms for subsequent foreign exchange settlement
- Monitor cargo pickup, import, and export operations
- Verify documentation in each country
- Identify and develop solutions for potential nonconformities in collaboration with the customer
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency — subject to assessment
- Experience in international freight forwarding
- Experience coordinating air import shipments
