About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Apply negotiation techniques to resolve overdue receivables and improve processes
  • Issue accurate invoices on time
  • Monitor the settlement of invoices and payments
  • Manage deadlines with domestic and international clients
  • Manage and prepare cash flow projections based on future receivables versus upcoming expenses
  • Prepare daily and monthly billing reports, as well as projections comparing expected and actual billing
  • Respond to client inquiries regarding invoices, amount discrepancies, and requests for duplicate copies
  • Conduct financial analyses to support credit approval for new business

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field
  • Intermediate Excel proficiency
  • Power BI knowledge is a plus
  • Knowledge of taxation and withholding at source (ISS, PIS, COFINS, IRRF, CSLL, ICMS) is a plus
  • Advanced English proficiency is preferred
