About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Review supplier invoices for payment
  • Record invoice settlements in the system and monitor outstanding invoices, coordinating the necessary follow-up with the responsible departments
  • Reconcile payment returns and transactions
  • Register customers and organize the company’s financial documentation
  • Organize and provision cash flow
  • Settle accounts and due dates through the ERP system
  • Record settlements in the system and collect outstanding debts
  • Work in the Finance department, responsible for managing national and international financial transactions, including supplier payments, bank reconciliation, tax analysis, and customer collections

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or Engineering
  • Reside in São Paulo or Rio de Janeiro
  • Intermediate Excel proficiency
  • Intermediate to advanced English proficiency — to be assessed
