About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Prepare quotations for DMS customers
Follow up on quotations with customers
Assist with quotations and negotiations with partners whenever necessary
Analyze quotation performance and manage the approval rate
Analyze customer profiles and develop strategic approaches
Work in the Ocean Product department, responsible for preparing commercial proposals, managing relationships with operational partners, and selecting the most suitable routes for each type of cargo

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree completed
Intermediate to advanced English proficiency — subject to testing
Experience in inside sales
Experience at a freight forwarding company
Reside in Rio de Janeiro or São Paulo
Knowledge of ocean freight operations is a plus
Knowledge of the Energy industry and project cargo is a plus
