About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop high-quality professional instructional content for Quartermaster and sustainment courses following the ADDIE process.
  • Collaborate with the Course Manager and Quartermaster Instructors to ensure training materials are accurate and relevant.
  • Incorporate real-world knowledge of daily, weekly, and monthly Quartermaster operations and responsibilities.
  • Participate in regular coordination meetings via Microsoft Teams and government email.
  • Contribute to instructional content development for Army National Guard FTUS personnel.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of Quartermaster/sustainment operations, including daily, weekly, and monthly duties and responsibilities.
  • Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining close coordination with government and contract personnel.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain access to .mil systems via Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) on a personal computer.
  • Willingness to complete mandatory Army online training (Cyber Awareness, AT, OPSEC, etc.).
  • Must possess or be willing to use a CAC reader.
  • Current or previous Secret clearance.
  • Part-time availability of 60 hours per pay period (approximately 120 hours per month).
  • Ability to work remotely from the United States, specifically Arkansas.
